Delivery :
UK Orders are charged at a rate of £ 3.95.
Most orders are delivered within 1-3 working days. However, for all orders delivered in the UK, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
If some items are not in stock we may send your order in more than one package. However, we will only charge you one postage fee. If your item is out of stock, you will be informed via e-mail or phone. We will then advise if part of your order is being shipped and when we expect the remaining part of your order to be delivered.
International Delivery:
Orders to EU destinations are charged at a rate of £5.95. Postage fees for Non-EU countries are available on request.
Orders to most European countries normally arrive within 5-7 working days. However, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. Deliveries to all other destinations can take up to 21 days. These delivery times are an approximate as the delivery is highly dependant on the efficiency of your local service provider.
If you are an international customer, you may be charged extra taxes due on goods brought into the country. BrilliantLife UK Ltd will not take responsibility for any actions undertaken by customs in your country.
Hassle-free return procedure:
If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from receipt of your merchandise. All you need to do is to simply ship the merchandise in new condition with the original invoice back to us at:
